Hotel Rules & Regulations | Booking & Cancellation Policies 

 

To ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable travel experience with Manali Travel Adventure, we kindly request all guests to read the terms and conditions mentioned below before confirming any bookings—whether it’s for hotel stays, tour packages, or taxi services. These guidelines are designed to help you understand important policies regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and service expectations.

Our goal is to make your journey to the mountains as hassle-free, comfortable, and memorable as possible. Please take a few minutes to go through the following points—your cooperation helps us serve you better.

 

Hotel Rules & Regulations

1) The Hotel Standard Check In Time Is :- 12:00 PM & Check Out Time Is 10:00 AM
Early Check In & Check Out Will Be Subjected To Availability & We/ Hotel Is Not Responsible for that.

2) It is mandatory for all the customers & their visitors to share their ID Card, during check in time. & For Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport & Valid Visa Details.

3) Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with Hotel Reception.

4) We/ Hoteliers  do not take bookings for any particular room/ floor. It totally depends on check in time. First come first serve. But we/ hotel will provide you a room as per your booking/ room category {Deluxe Room/Super Deluxe Etc}.

5) It is required that guests, particularly those in groups, do not make noise after 10:00PM.

6) If a guest did any damage to the hotel, amenities, item, property etc.  Guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay for such loss and damage.

7) We/ Hotel reserves the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above policy, term, condition and rules at any point of time without prior notice.

8) The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room heater, etc)

Hotel Booking Policy

1) In order to confirm your  hotel booking you have to pay one night advance payment for all the hotels.

2) After payment we/ hotel will reserve the room for guest as per their selected room category {Deluxe/ Super Deluxe} confirmed by guest.

3) Pending payment must be cleared at the time of check in or a day before your check out.

4) Below 5 years a child can stay free of cost & above the 5 year child are charged as per extra person.

5) For a quick reminder, please reconfirm your booking before 7-10 days of your check in date.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation of booking must be prior of 18-20 days of your check in date with full refund with in 3-7 working days

2) Cancellation of booking in 10-17 days prior to check in date, 50% of the amount cancellation charge will be applicable.

3) Cancellation of booking in 2-9 days prior to check-in date, full booking amount will be charged.

4) Same day or 1 day prior cancellation will not be acceptable and charge a full booking amount.

5) Without advance payment booking will not be confirmed and we/ hotels have the right to cancel the booking.

Transportaion Policy

1) Transfers must be followed as per the instructed time of the transporters. In case, customers miss their respective transportation services(like Volvo Bus), alternative arrangements available with extra cost.

2) The company shall not be responsible for any delays due to technical faults, Heavy Traffic Jam or unforeseen situations. In “Unforeseen” scenarios extra cost may also be levied over the customers.

3) The company has the right to make changes in the package if there is any natural calamity. Any Govt.protocols or any other unprecedented incident. All the traveler must respect our decision its best for your safety

4) The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc

5) Daily the cab will stay with you from morning 9-10 Am To 6-7 Pm & Drop you at Hotel. After that if you need cab service you can directly discuss with the driver and pay an extra cost for the visit.

6) In the Hill area we calculate the vehicle cost as per places covered in the trip {Not Per Day or kms.}

7) In Hill Area A/C is not Included If you need you can use it with extra cost. 

Transport Policy for Kashmir Trip

1) In Gulmarg: During heavy snowfall, there will be a change of vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snow Jeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back for which the clients have to pay an additional amount

2) In Pahalgam: Sightseeing of Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley are not included in our packages and can be done via union cabs on direct payment. Sightseeing to Baisaran valley via ponies is not included and can be done on a direct payment basis ( highly bargainable).

3) In Sonmarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonamarg and from there onwards one has to walk up to Thajiwas Glacier or one can go by ponies on direct payment. Postpaid connection with roaming facility works in J&K.

Advance Payment Policy

1)  40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

2) Remaining 60 % of the package cost will be collected during your trip  (From First day To Last day).

3) Customers can make payments through  Bank Transfer/ Google pay/ UPI etc. After payment plz share payment screenshot on whatsApp/ Email.

4) After payment, the customer will receive an email with confirmation details, where we will mention all the confirmed booking details…..

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) There is no contract between Manali Travel Adventure and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.

2) In Case, a customer wishes to cancel his/ her booking before 18-20 days of the travel date because of whatever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reason, the full amount will be refunded in 3 working days.

3) Advance amount 40% is not- refundable in case the cancellation is done within 1-17 days of the travel date or no show scenarios.

4) The company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the government policy
